2024 GSBS Faculty Regalia Order Form

All GSBS Faculty members are cordially invited to attend the 2024 GSBS Commencement ceremony, which will take place on Saturday, May 11, 10 am, at Alice Pratt Brown Hall, Rice University. GSBS faculty members who served as the major advisors for graduating students will have the option to go on stage and personally place hoods on their students.

The Graduate School will pay the regalia rental fee for all faculty who do not have their own. Please complete the form below if you would like the school to order your regalia for the ceremony.

Faculty must wear regalia if hooding students. If you are planning to take part in hooding, please provide the names of your graduating students.

Faculty not hooding a student may choose to wear business attire and sit with the audience. However, we encourage you to wear regalia and take part in the ceremony.

The last day to order regalia is March 31, 2024.
